The best part about this software was that it actually helped me find more potential clients for my business (it did not just tell them where I could be found). It also allowed us to see what people were saying online regarding our products/services- which gave an insight into how we can improve upon things! Also liked being able to search through past comments as well so you don't have repeat queries from previous visitors who may no longer exist or are out of reach due to privacy settings etc.- but still want their feedback recorded somewhere accessible by others if required later down stream? Not really anything at present - everything works fine except when i try searching using certain keywords / phrases nothing shows up even though there should be results returned because they're available elsewhere via other means e.g Google searches & forums such as TripAdvisor etc.. Sometimes takes ages before.
