Perfect size for English muffin sandwiches

Great for eggs on English muffins. I add some cheese and bacon bits in the middle while I cook. One trick is to keep the pan and ring hot and oiled before CAREFULLY pouring in some of the egg. This creates a seal so you can add more egg or cheese etc without the bottom leaking out. I love putting eggs in a shaker with some milk, salt and pepper the night before, and then I just shake it and pour it into egg cups in the morning. Saves a lot of time when you are in a hurry!
