I was so ready for a GREAT hair dryer I hardly cared how much it would cost. So I squander it with pretty high expectations. I have short hair and with a good blow dryer I can do this in a few minutes. What a disappointment! First, it never got warm enough. Second, the control buttons are switches: right - high level, middle - off, left - low. Not intuitive and never liked. Third, and perhaps most importantly, the "cold/cold" airflow button is located right on the handle where you have to put your hand to hold the hair dryer. It's almost impossible to comfortably hold this little dryer without pressing the little blue cool button. For a few weeks I tried to please this dryer but I couldn't, especially at a ridiculous price. I'll find it at Ulta or Sephora for a fraction of the price and I'm sure I'll be happier. To be honest a CVS hair dryer would have been better.
