I actually got this comb as a replacement for the brush. Most combs damage hair by allowing the ends to become tangled as you run the comb through your hair, and then damaging the ends as the comb breaks through small tangles. (You can minimize this by starting to comb the ends of your hair, but who doesn't forget that?) This big-toothed comb is heavy and feels great on my scalp. It's small enough to fit in my pocket and attractive enough that people comment on it. I love that it deepens the color with use. Lol right now my hair is purple so it's taking on a hint of pink.
