I ordered a size up (4/5t) for my recent 4 year old and he was still very small in the waist. The length of the skirt was also very short. The shoulder straps fit well but unevenly. The material and quality is good that's why I have 2 stars not 1. I will come back. Overall disappointed with this purchase.
