Would be 5 stars but they were more cotton and not the usual workout material kind I ordered Medium fit only a tad big but a small might be a smidge tight so probably could've went down.
I just recently lost another 10 lbs so when I ordered I was 146 then went down to 136 but a medium has fit comfortably in this brand from 155 to 145 I think small from 145 to lower weight. Depending on height of 5'4"
