Disappointed

When it said "permanent" I believed the manufacturer, but it's a lot less than permanent! I cut out two pictures with letters and before I could apply sealant to the plastic cup I was making the letters started falling off so quickly. I even made sure the surface was clean and dry before applying! Now I have this big roll of vinyl that doesn't do what I bought it for. Disappointing.
