I'm not sure how it happened. I double checked that I selected "sofa back cover" and "arm rest cover" but it somehow just sent me a bunch of the same slipcover so I have 6 extra cover for the couch cushions and no back or arm rest covers. It's a little frustrating since returns (especially with so many items) can be a pain or pricey. Be really careful when you place your order to make sure you're getting the correct thing.As far as the product goes, the colors vary slightly from the photo. I was a little disappointed but I like it enough to keep it.
