Holds a lot of stuff!

I like the look of this bag and also the comfort of carrying it on the shoulder. It looks classy in gray if you're in a professional setting, holds a lot of stuff and is very well made. My only complaint is that the bottom is too flexible so it falls off unless you put something square on the bottom. I always use glass food containers and ice packs so it's fine, but with fruit or whatever it can tip over. Although I really love it!
