I really love these boots and I suspect they will work great. My husband and I pulled on the handles a few times and ours stayed fine. I would describe the material of these boots as traditional. The rubber on the top is flexible and the outsole is stiff. We found these wellies to be true to size too and my daughter says they are comfortable. Also, blue is too cute. Great color for both boys and girls. I am very happy with it. Honestly I can't say anything bad. Hope this review is helpful!
