MDHAND Mesh Desk File Organizer, is helpful for office or home use. Much better than a single stack of papers on the desk. The frame is well painted and the mesh is smooth. No bare metal or sharp metal edges/points. Even without instructions assembly is not difficult with the enclosed screwdriver. Not as much flexing compared to other plastic organizers. Universal black color/decor is nice. However it doesn't hold all that much as each shelf is 3". 3 shelves 2" apart would work better for mer. The top can't hold that much as the sides are angled. The 2 back slots are best for vertical standing of stiffer file folders & envelopes as sheet paper will just sag. In all it's a bit pricey for the amount of organization the amount of shelves/slots provided.
