Review on Riscomatic by Juan Axum

This is helpful for any type of business - whether it's in finance, manufacturing or even retail! I find this to be one our most used tools (at least internally) because we can provide reports from all over the world that are very useful across multiple departments within an organization. You could definitely streamline some things but overall there isn't too much not being done well here; just make sure you spend time getting familiar with their platform before jumping into using everything at once. Using reporting software was something my team had been looking forward towards since coming back onboard after taking about 6 months off due the COVID-19 pandemic hitting everyone hard. With so many moving parts as far as employees working remotely, etc., having Riscomatic available made life easier when troubleshooting problems like file upload issues. I like that they are easy to use, have great customer support and are a good fit for our business. Nothing really. I would say it would be great if there was better integration with other apps such as Salesforce. That's about all. Great tool! We needed a way to do risk assessment in our sales process quickly and easily and Riscomatic provided that exactly and more.
