Review on 🔪 Efficient and Precise Rösle Stainless Steel Food Slicer: Simplify Food Preparation by Kari Harden

I have had this slicer for about 2 years now. I originally bought it from Williams-Sonoma (they sell it for $70) at our local store. The plane takes up very little storage space and is very sharp, so I went online and bought a handguard for it. Never had rust or other problems with it. Be sure to put it away with the adjustable blade fully enclosed so nobody cuts their fingers removing it from the drawer. It cuts from very thin to about 4mm. thick. There are 10 levels of adjustment from fully open to fully closed blade. I have found Rosle products to be well constructed and durable.
