If you're looking at using chatbots or any other type of conversation software then definitely consider checking out amplifyAI they have some really good support staff who will help guide you every step along the way if needed. We are able to get more leads than before so far there haven't seem too much issues but again thats because i'm not sure what problems others might encounter when trying their first time.
