Heavy weight, prints well, works great on paper

This is my favorite hardcover paper. I use it for everything from postcard and flyer printing to postcard making and general paperwork. Its bright white, matt surface absorbs printer ink very well. My multifunction printer does not have a direct print path. All paper should curl and unroll - this paper has never gotten stuck in my printer in all the years I've used it (I order this paper regularly). The paper accepts inkjet ink well enough that there is no smearing, even when I have multiple copies of photos stacked in the printer tray. But at the same time the ink dries nice and bright for matte paper. (The ink is never as light on matte paper as it is on glossy paper.) I also use this paper regularly in my records. The paper is heavy enough for postcards, but wrinkles and creases easily for postcard making. It's also my favorite paper to use with my Cricut (paper cutter) and embossing machine. It cuts beautifully, even for fairly intricate crops like the snowflake designs I included in my sample photos. I also love the white-on-white embossing effects I can achieve with this paper. And it doesn't deform when I work with glue unless I overdo it. I also painted these leaves with acrylic paints, paints and watercolors. Paper folds when wet, but tends to dry surprisingly flat. It's also fantastic value for money - less than $10 for a ream of 250 sheets after sales tax, that's still less than 5 cents a sheet. This means I use this a lot when prototyping designs before cutting them onto my more expensive paper. I've included some photos of recent work to show how I use this paper. All white paper in my photographs is index paper. If you find my review helpful, please click the helpful button below. Your feedback really motivates me to keep writing these reviews!
