Okay I won't give too much information but my feet sweat so much that my shoes almost smell sour at the end of the day. I've tried all kinds of sprays and powders with little success. This stuff is amazing! I just spray it on my shoes every few days, let it dry overnight, done! Like the smell of cedar. Not overly overwhelming. I read somewhere that you can't wear the same pair of shoes 2 days in a row - it needs airing - so I always follow that and it helps too. I will try poo-pourri next time! Saves you from embarrassment, especially when you're in someone's house and need to "go".
