I had to remove some of the links because I have small wrists. The Swatch store in the mall removed the links and a moment later I'm walking through Macy's and the watch just falls out! I didn't try on any clothes or anything, it didn't catch on, it just fell off. I saw it on the floor and took it back to the Swatch store. They fiddled with it for a while and told me to come back in an hour. When I came back they said they still couldn't figure out how to fix it and I would have to leave it overnight. The watch was ready the next day and now fits perfectly. The crystals and stripes are very delicate and feminine. It has a slight sheen but not like BLINGBLANG. My only downside is that I'm afraid it might fall apart again, so I don't wear it outside the home or office too often.
