Being particular about my belongings, especially electronics, I am satisfied with this case. I purchased the yellow case for my 2012 13" MacBook Pro.Initial impressions were good; the rubberized feel is smooth, and a nice texture as opposed to hard, glossy plastic cases. The color was that shown, or very close to my eye (It's perfect with a Pikachu decal by the way!). The small vents along the bottom seemed sufficient. The coverage and port access is very reasonable.I have been using this case for months, and carry my laptop by hand, in a bag, in a backpack, with books, etc. and it has held up very well. There are slight cracks in the corners of the case, and using the locking slot frequently has caused a small part of the case to wear and break off. However, the break was clean, and no large crack across the back formed; it does not detract from the appearance of the case even with a small chip. This wear is very reasonable considering the amount of transportation, bumping, locking, etc. my laptop goes through every day.The only other things I can think of are not necessarily the fault of the case, but things to note. When using an Ethernet cable, some have larger, thicker casings, which may or may not be able to completely plug in with the case on. Super easy to fix, just lift the case edge a bit, and it should go right in; but with frequent Ethernet usage, sometimes this can be tedious. Also, the glue holding the bottom rubber feet seems to have worn off, whether due from heat of the computer, or just age, but two of the feet are coming off. Does not affect usability really though.Overall, good case. Recommend it. Especially yellow. With a Pikachu decal.
