Great until the coating peels off

Great idea for pots but the coating is badly chipped and scratched. I contacted customer service regarding this issue. I was told to take photos and email them for a replacement, I sent clear photos of the damage. Emailed back, pots were sent back for exchange at my expense of $47.50, I explained this to them. There the answer is "Unfortunately, due to our warranty policy, you must return the defective pans at your own expense for a replacement." DO NOT BUY THIS COOKWARE. WARRANTY WILL BE AT YOUR COST!
