They're big enough to be seen and not stepped on
Advantages: On the one hand, they allow the child to throw/do something. doesn't hurt like Lego does if you accidentally step on it anyway. Kon: But on the other hand they're pretty bad for real building because the connections are so terrible. Some of the blocks have the right fit and handle the compound better, but most don't. Most of them have poor connections and cannot even support their own weight.
