A little bit not what I expected, generally fine.

Very disappointed in the model. Do not fall for the brand, I thought I would overpay and I would not know the troubles. What is the point of overpaying if the Chinese counterpart will last the same amount, but will cost 2 times cheaper?
To go to hand over under a guarantee there is no time and moral forces.

after a year of use (on average 1-2 times a week) 1. cracked plastic on the spout. Used by the spouse, i. E. I didn’t put much effort on it to break it with brute force. Continued to use it. 2. The water inlet cap has stopped opening. It just doesn't unscrew. Spinning, spinning. Then I googled the problem and threw it away. Just hammer in the search, the karcher water inlet cap does not open, this is a flaw in the entire system.

Its pros: Quality, speed of heating. Different cons: Typical problems of any type of "ironing" steam cleaners. The angle of inclination changes from water to steam. The water runs out quickly.
