The nozzles are this vacuum cleaner's primary drawback. No single nozzle could be considered universal. Although it is not designed for carpets, the soft roller nozzle effectively catches small dust from a flat surface. A nozzle with a large drum (the manufacturer refers to it as a universal one) works well on carpets but does not capture fine dust well and scatters huge debris. You must therefore frequently swap out nozzles, which is rather inconvenient. Cat hair is effectively collected by a good furniture nozzle. Sometimes the wool gets trapped, making it necessary to get dirty or even disassemble the trash can before you can completely clean the container. I can credit brushes' benefits to their mobility and seldom cleaning requirements (wool is practically not wound). The brushes have a drawback in that they break; one under warranty had to be replaced (within a month) after it started to vibrate and make an odd noise. They came and replaced, and the service was excellent. At the first speed, when the battery charge is more than sufficient, we mostly clean the apartment. After using it for two years, I add to the evaluation: - the inner metal housing of the filter was deformed when the container was emptied - it is extremely difficult to clean, dirt clogs into all the cracks, making it impossible to clean them - the movable part of the container is very difficult to pull out, lubricate do not lubricate - tight. - the brush with soft roller broke three times; the brush for upholstered furniture broke once. - The battery ran out of power after about 8 months, but so far it has maintained the standards, which are sufficient for cleaning. - It is very challenging to clean the brushes of dirt because, despite being partially disassembled, the dirt clogs exactly where it cannot be reached. There are no questions, and I appreciated the assistance. There was no doubt about anything changing.
