Settings (high, low, keep warm) are correct. My old slow cooker burned everything on top. It has a nice even shine. It is ideal for two people. Dishes are heavy and easy to clean in the dishwasher. Lid handle stays cool. If you turn the lid upside down for storage, it fits securely into the liner. Very easy to use. I have All-Clad cookware that I swear by, so I figured it would be top-notch. So far (a few months) everything is perfect. It's a bit $$, but I replace multi cookers every few years because the heat gets wonky. I use my slow cooker often — about once a week — so it pays to have one I don't have to keep an eye on. After all, isn't that the whole idea of the multi-cooker?
