Review on 📞 VTech DS6071 Cordless Handset, Silver/Black, VTech DS6671 Compatible by Stephanie Butler

I bought this VTech DS6671-3 DECT 6.0 Expandable Cordless Phone with Bluetooth, Cellular Connectivity and Answering Machine with 2 Handsets and 1 Wireless Headless because I work from home and own my own business and need a good one Headset for conference calls. I have no problems with the sound quality of my phone and/or headset. But BUYERS BEWARE of the flimsy headset - the plastic piece holding the earpiece is very flimsy and breaks very easily! Please note that I am the only one using this phone system so I know it is fragile and I take incredible care of the headset and earpiece. This is the 3rd or 4th time mine has broken and instead of spending $45 to just replace the headset (VTech IS6100 6.0 Wireless Headset) I have ordered the entire phone system from scratch every time! DISCOVER! Finally, after the same part broke again on my 3rd or 4th purchase of this product, I read a review from someone that said I should call VTech if the purchase was within a year for a replacement. So I called VTech at 1-800-595-9511 to inquire about the one year manufacturer warranty as I bought this latest phone in August 2016 and it broke in March 2017. VTech customer service asked me a few questions and mailed me a replacement headset free of charge. I am very happy with the response/service - I just wish I knew I should call much sooner before I bought duplicate phone systems 3 or 4 times just because the plastic piece on the headset earpiece kept breaking.
