I LOVE this item! Very durable and can withstand the weight. I actually use this as a dog step next to my bed. They don't make good dog ladders for larger breed dogs, I think they assume they're big enough to just jump around (which is fine, but as they reach half-life their shoulder joints get harder). I attached it to the edge of the bed, it sits about 2 inches above the edge of the bed frame so it's stabilized. This is the PERFECT height for my dog to comfortably hop on and then onto the bed. On top of that, I can also use it as storage space, so it's a win-win situation! I've also sat on it and it doesn't bother me with 200 kilos.
