This charger somehow works worse than plugging an old, half broken micro USB cable into a regular wall mount. Just watching YouTube with the charger plugged in drains the battery faster than the charger can support. In the time of writing this review, the battery has dropped from 9% to 8% with only 10% brightness. The battery percentage only increases when the Surface is connected to the charger while it is in sleep mode or powered off, and then only charges the battery at a snail's pace. Not important that it doesn't do its main job, but the LED light is annoyingly bright. The zipped pouch that houses the charger is the only useful thing about this junk product.
