I think it's a great idea and it's so well made and attractive. I don't think I'll put the ashes of my favorite pets in it, but maybe some hair. It comes with a small metal funnel that fits snugly into the top of the unscrewed necklace, and it comes with a thin filling rod to ensure all of the contents fall into the narrow cylinder. The chain is beautiful and strong. It's prettier than I expected and such a cool way to keep a piece of a departed loved one by your side the whole time you wear it. Of course you can also put other things in it, but I would use it for that. At the time of this review I don't know how much it costs. It comes in a very nice gift box.
