After much deliberation, I decided to purchase a steam mop, and ultimately I settled on this particular type. The fact that everything was there as it should have been is really satisfying. It cleans the floors in a flash; I had no idea that the ones at my house were so filthy before I saw how quickly it works. The rag flies off, and you have to replace it all the time, but the spouse seems to have tightened the screw, and it doesn't seem to be subsiding. We'll see how it goes and how often you have to fix it. After the repair, they attempted to remove the stains (the sticky layer left by the adhesive tape) from the floor by wiping it, but all that happened was that something got smeared. Despite being happy with the purchase, we are going to look into other options.
