This panel light is pretty versatile but I would recommend buying a small tripod to hold it. It can't really be used with the hot shoe on most modern cameras unless they have an old style hot shoe (my Sony doesn't have one). I like digital color temperature and brightness control. It can be used to create videos, zoom calls (front lit), and still life photography. It comes with a lithium battery, a USB power cord, and several mounting adapters. It also has a power supply to run it when the issue is available. I received and recommend the Aureday 62" tripod/selfie stick, which can be used for both this panel and the smartphone (not both).
