First of all I love this cleanser. I received a sample in a subscription box (Usen) and had to buy the full version. I have combination skin that tends to break out when I'm stressed, menstrual, etc. I had problems with small pimples. on my forehead and pimples on my neck for the past few weeks and I couldn't figure out why. When I first started using this cleanser I just loved it because it didn't irritate my skin and it smelled DIVINE. I used it twice a day, just morning and night with my acne cleanser. Slowly, over several weeks, the bumps and pimples began to disappear. I now realized that I was over-exfoliating my skin and using this super mild cleansing milk helped hydrate and repair it. and if you already use a lot of acne products, a milder cleanser can help. Note: It does not remove makeup very easily. I only wear mascara and have to rub gently to remove the mascara, but how hydrated my skin feels after application is worth it. If you wear heavy makeup, you probably need a more intense cleanser like Ponds.
