Wow loved it - my new review
I just received and tested it and I loved it. It was exactly what I was looking for for work. your lunch will get warmed after about 30 minutes but as they said if you want to cook it it will take about 45 minutes or an hour. The heater won'y get that hot to get on fire and comparing to microwaves it will warm up your food naturally. Make sure you read the safety tips.Update 4/6/2020:Well if you want a warm food it needs between 1 and a half to 2 hours to get warm completely. 1 hour is certainly not enough to have a warm food (unless is a watery food like soup. Keep in mind that it is not a microwave and warm it up at-least 1:30 hours before your lunch time.
