It falls off very easily, it breaks when you press on it.
Silicone tips are too playful, so if you draw in circles they just fly off. They also tear right at the top when you press on it. The whole point of the Apple Pen is pressure sensitivity, so what's the point of a lid that can't withstand pressure.
