Doesn't stop dog fur

Light enough to attach to the seat. I bought it hoping I could keep the dog hair out. I still have hair on the floor but it contains most of what it could be. The more serious issue is that she can still climb halfway out when trying to get into the front seat, even with the buckle buckled.
