They match my Sonicare brush perfectly. Some people say there is a gap between the handle and the brush head. But if you look closely at the opening of the Brushmo head where it attaches to the handle. And then look deeper into the hole, you'll see that the hole changes from round on the outside to a D-shaped hole further in. Align the D with the D-shaped shank on the handle and you have a perfect fit. These brush heads make a big difference. I see no real difference between them and the diamond clarity originals. Highly recommended.
