Edges are best used in grill and barbecue utensils
The scraper scratched my pan when I first used the scraper. Obviously a bit uneven. I haven't even scratched that hard I'd say the tools feel nice and mostly work. But I would really pay attention to the edges (they've already messed up in a few places) and they might come out of the box a bit. If you could test them and beat them with a grinder or block I might buy them cheaper than other products.
