I had a very badly worn black leather motorcycle jacket that had a ripped zipper. Next to me I found a tailor who also repaired shoes. He said he could put a zip in, but he only has a #5 zip. I wanted a stronger zip, both in function and looks. So I bought this zipper. It was delivered on time and I was impressed when I saw it. The tailor sewed it on and said he worked carefully on the zipper to make sure it would serve me well. I am very impressed with the quality of this zipper. You wouldn't think about it until a fairly expensive and pleasant thing had decayed for several years. Finding a quality product that would restore my jacket to its original condition was a wonderful feeling.
