I chose 1 star because 0 is not suitable. Luckily I only paid a dollar for this item by winning it in the lottery. From crate to container in less than an hour. If you want kids to get frustrated, buy this teapot and start using it in front of them. After about five minutes, the cheesy plastic pieces will start to stick together and warp, making the mixing process impossible. Luckily I was able to save the mixture and use it in our electric blender. This is Cuisinart, one of the most basic models and we've never had a single problem. Don't waste your money on this crap.
