I fell in love with this thing. I work in natural stone as a wet bridge saw operator and stoneworker for limestone and sandstone and the dust and sediment is destroying my skin and hair. Over the winter, O'Keeffe's managed to put an end to my dry, cracked, bleeding hands. I use it once after waking up and once before bed. I would definitely recommend a squeeze tube rather than a hand balm container as it spreads differently. If you're on the fence and need something for heavy work hands, get this.
