Review on Nikon D3100 DSLR Camera with Auto Focus-S Nikkor Zoom Lens (Discontinued by Manufacturer) by DoanQuynh Chi ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Everything in the purchase suits, a very necessary product.

A wonderful camera, I recently acquired it and I can't get enough of it! The size, which for some is a disadvantage, for me turned out to be a virtue. In my (female) hand, the device fits like a glove, here I also attribute lightness. Convenient, intuitive menu. Excellent image quality, with appropriate settings, of course. Earlier they wrote that the battery runs out quickly in the video shooting mode . I arranged for him to test. Of course, this is not a video camera after all, but with the maximum quality of video shooting and constantly working autofocus in tracking mode (moving objects were filmed), my copy was able to record 60 minutes (6 clips of 10 minutes each) of video before the battery was completely discharged. And this is in addition to a couple of dozen photographs. So, in my opinion, for a camera with a video recording function, especially in this price category, this is very, very good. Yes, the noise of the autofocus motor is audible during video recording, but for home video it is not at all critical. In addition, if you do not need sound accompaniment, or you plan to overdub another audio track, sound recording can simply be turned off. Summary: an excellent device in the "price - quality" ratio. Definitely worth your money. I will try to add more reviews as I use the camera.

Pros
  • Image quality Ease of menu and use GUIDE mode (hints) Lightweight and compact (compared to other DSLRs) The ability to record video and the quality of videos. Price
Cons
  • Lack of a cable to connect to a computer (not important for me, because the cable was already there)
