I used weight distribution hitches for many years in my early twenties. I'm almost 70 and can attest that this is the best I've seen or used. I have used hitches that have separate weight distribution and pendulum components. They can work, but they seemed like a nuisance to me. We were driving through West Texas with a trailer hitch with separate sway control, towing a small 26-foot travel trailer, and the crosswinds were pretty tough. This clutch is very strong and has complete control over swaying. It also distributes the weight of the tongue well. Installation is easy, the instructions are very clear, and they actually document the process in case there are any problems. The first hitch we received was very difficult to operate as the pivots were tight. After negotiating with support and a short video, we got a replacement and the seller paid shipping both ways. The new clutch works well. From the tightness in the pivots comes pendulum control, so it should be there, but not so much that it's difficult to use. As others have said, you need to be very uncomplicated with the trailer and tractor for the hitching process to go smoothly.
