I really liked this coating at first but unfortunately the red and black started to fade significantly after only 7 months. The cover is used outdoors almost all the time and is in very strong summer sun here in Southern California. There are a few small tears on the top and edges of the cover. The material has become quite weak and tears easily when pulled with very little force. The rain appears to penetrate the coating and soak the bodywork underneath, although it offers some protection. Overall I have to say this is the nicest cover I've ever had, it's lightweight and attaches with three straps that run under the car. It also attracts a lot of attention from passers-by :-) I would like to know how to redeem the 4 year guarantee that was given when I bought the suitcase? How do I apply for new coverage? Does Revain honor the warranty? Or do I have to contact the manufacturer directly? Please email me the details, thanks!
