We have been using Real Qualified over 10 years now (10+). I've worked with many call centers in my career - both outsourced & internal. This is hands down one of the better ones out there! The team are extremely professional/knowledgeable about their product / service and always willing go above an beyond to help. They truly care about YOU the customer!! Nothing at all. But seriously though - they really deserve so much credit because they keep getting BETTER year after year :) Amazing support from start to finish. Great communication throughout process. Highly recommended. Their training is awesome too!
