Exactly as described!

This is my wife's purchase. She bought it as part of her quilt training supplies when she was testing paper sewing. According to her, it worked great. Each seam now features accurate quarter inch measurements. The thickened edge of the ruler rests against the folded paper/fabric and provides an accurate measurement for trimming. She bought both a 6" and a 12" but thinks the 6" will last a long time before she needs another one.
