The customer support team at CN was very helpful, I had no issues with them whatsoever! They were always willing to help me out even if it meant helping my coworkers too or just straight up calling people for recommendations/helpful tips etc. This helped us learn so much about our business (and others) as well since we could ask questions of other companies' customers directly without having an intermediary like someone from their sales department there all day every single time you call asking "how's your experience?".
