I saw a YouTube video of someone attaching a gyroscope air mouse to the top of their headset and using it for head tracking. I couldn't believe it was that easy, but IT IS! I just put a foam pad underneath so the headset doesn't press on the keys on the keyboard (underside) as it's attached with rubber bands. If you want to use such a head-tracking air mouse, make sure it has a gyroscope and has "six axes" (it's actually three axes, six degrees of freedom). Also, make sure you have a keyboard shortcut to toggle in-game head tracking on and off so you can quickly double-tap it (toggle it off and back on) to re-center the view. Why spend hundreds of dollars on a TrackIR when you can buy an air mouse for a few dollars? And when I'm not using it for head tracking, I can also use it as a mouse/pointer on my PC. CHECK OVER!
