I use these instead of loofahs. I tend to have dry skin and CPs that need a really deep exfoliation. They work great, lather well and are easy to clean. Each towel lasts a long time, changes as it is worn. I don't rub them very hard, I use them for basic cleansing with a body wash and then once or twice a week towards the end of my shower I use a green Italian towel for a more thorough exfoliation. The combination of the two works amazingly well for me and my skin is silky soft and needs less lotion than before using this regimen.
