Scratcher is great, catnip not so much.
The scratch is great but my cat ate some catnip and I got a $390 vet bill because she got sick. I've had another catnip that she eats, but it looks like there must be something about it that she doesn't like. My neighbor also gave it to her cat and her cat got sick but didn't need veterinary care.
