I received the product a week ago and was happy to install it on my Garmin. When I opened the box, one of the hardened screens was out of its protective case and already had scratches on it. I thought it's okay, the other screen was fine. Installation was very easy; Clean with a damp cloth, wipe dry with a cloth, remove any remaining dust with a "dust remover" aka a sticker, then place the screen on my Garmin with a suction cup. No problem. The problem appeared when the screen cracked out of nowhere. One minute I was home and the screen was fine, the next minute I was walking the dog and then I saw the entire screen protector had a tear. There was no way I could meet him anywhere, so maybe it was the transition from the warm house to the cold outside. Removing the broken screen protector was very easy, but now I'm stuck with a screen protector that had scratches. That. Not sure if I just got a bad batch or if the screen quality is just bad. Just be aware that constantly switching between warm and cold zones can tear it.
