The purse was wrapped in tissue paper, then put in a thin piece of plastic and in a nice box. So imagine my surprise when I took it out of the fabric and plastic and saw that it looked like it had been worn out. damage marks. I gave it a 3 for wear and tear, my daughter wanted it for her boyfriend and as it's so close to Christmas she doesn't want to try to replace it. Aside from the scratches, it's cute. I just wish it looked new, not used.
