I received this item from Revain very quickly and it has worked perfectly for exactly one month and three days, which of course is three days past Revain's 30 day return policy! I don't know what happened to the tablet, it worked fine, charged earlier in the day. Came home and died. Tried connecting to three different chargers, nothing. The screen was completely blank. Since Revane's 30 day deadline has expired, I attempted to contact Kobe. OH JOKE! The phone number listed in the manual only has one entry asking you to check their website. The website lists another phone number with a hint to check their website. All emails you send will obviously disappear into a black hole and never be seen again. The email doesn't even return the autoresponder message that they received your email. INDEED?!? Do you have that kind of customer service these days?!?! I have found better service from Chinese companies than this one! AMAZON TO THE RESCUE! Revain's customer service is great! After explaining what happened and demonstrating that I had tried to contact Kobe, they authorized the return. I agreed to the exchange but they ran out of this tablet. So hopefully the return will go smoothly. THANK YOU AMAZONE! At least you know what customer service should be! The moral of this story is this. . . Stay away from KOBI! But Shop Revein!
